Cancellation, Rescheduling & Payment Policy

At Westwick Golf Coaching, we value your commitment to enhancing your golfing prowess. To ensure the best experience for all our valued participants, we uphold a strict 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.

In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling made within 24 hours of your scheduled coaching session, a fee amounting to half of the coaching session fee will be required at the commencement of the next session.

For prepaid coaching programs, should a cancellation or rescheduling occur within the 24-hour window, one session will be deducted from the total sessions owed in the program.

We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we endeavor to accommodate our clients' needs while maintaining the integrity of our coaching schedule. However, we kindly request adherence to this policy to honor the commitment of both parties.

Refund Policy

At Westwick Golf Coaching , I prioritise delivering exceptional service and experiences to all our valued clients. We understand that situations may arise necessitating changes in plans; however, we maintain a strict refund policy.

Refunds will only be considered and issued at my discretion for extenuating circumstances that significantly impede your ability to utilise the services rendered.

We take into account the unique nature of individual circumstances and assess them on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund due to extenuating circumstances, please provide detailed documentation supporting your claim.

Please note that refunds will not be issued for reasons other than those deemed truly exceptional or beyond your control. Any refund granted will be subject to a thorough review and consideration of the circumstances presented.

Payment Policy

Payments for all sessions must be made BEFORE the start of the session or the session will not go ahead. Brent will explain to you where to pay and you will receive a receipt. Brent will keep a record of all your sessions you have had.
